With the experience gained from over 2500 weddings, my job is to help guide you through the process of creating the perfect flow of events & designing the soundtrack of each part of your day.
We accomplish this with the perfect balance of high end audio equipment, custom playlist curation, room changing lighting design, and key moment special effects, while using my voice to ensure your guests feel welcomed and are informed throughout each part of your celebration.

Cory’s Process
Cory’s main focus on your event day is creating an incredible guest experience by pairing thoughtful & purposeful soundtrack creation, tasteful emcee work as your event host, immersive, yet non-intrusive sound production, creative lighting designs, & perfectly timed special effects, throughout each of your event spaces.
Talent + Discovery
Cory opens his 17 years and 2000+ weddings and private event experience to help you create a unique soundtrack that is truly yours. Music is mixed live in front of your guests. Adding elements of your story throughout the celebration as your emcee.
Sound
He owns over 20 sets of speakers - each with a different purpose. He designs the placement of the speakers for your event space based on aesthetic, guest count, music type, & best overall sound engineering designed in MAPP 3D software.
The DJ Booth | DJ furniture
Typically the DJ Booth is the focal-point of the dance floor. Don’t settle with a 6ft table. Lets make match the decor or serve a branding purpose. We custom design and build our DJ furniture in Tampa, FL.
lighting
Dance Floor lighting, pin spot lighting, Uplighting (wall wash lights), room wash, moving head club style lighting, monogram & logo projections, and now offering a full line of Astera AX1 tube lights.
Live Musicians
Add strings to your ceremony and/or cocktail hour and energetic musicans on percussion, saxophone, electric violin, & more to your reception.
Party Enhancers
We are the Tampa Bay areas’s top provider of (legaly operated) Indoor sparkler fountains, CO2 handheld cannons or stage jets (powered by Club Cannon, the industries top manufacture) , multiple options for Confetti & streamers, low lying fog (dancing on a cloud), silent disco services, and projector mapping, more!

Cory began his DJ journey as a skating rink DJ & emcee in high school, played night clubs and college bars through college, and joined what was Tampa’s top DJ company in the 1990’s and early 2000’s from 2007-2017 where he became the top requested associate.
Cory started the Tampa Bay DJ Co. in 2018 and in less than 5 years they have become the MOST recommended Wedding DJ & private event production company in the Tampa Bay Area.

Our top priority is the safety of you and your guests. We provide the following safety measures:

Our service
You’ll have the opportunity to take private photos with sparkler fountains with your photographer (pending timeline restrictions) and one “event”.
Additional events are available at additional fees. An “event” could be a first look, ceremony recessional, introduction, first dance, or grand exit. Up to one continuous minute of effect is included with the rental.
White Covers provided with every shoot - custom & handmade by Cory. First in the country to provide this look.
Additional Fees
As of May 2023, shoots in Tampa, Orlando, and near Disney will be charged a fee of $400 for a permit applications and mandatory fire watch provided by the AHJ. Fee may increase for fire watch on holidays or permit orders with less than 30 days notice.
Ritz Carlton properties may be providing their own fire watch. Please talk to your planner or sales coordinators for details.
