What sets you apart from the competition?
We’re not afraid to put this in writing. Our reputation is stellar in every facet of the industry because of the way we treat our clients, the education we provide our DJs, and the way work as a team with your vendors.
Just becaue a DJ compnay does 1500 evenst a year - DOES NOT MEAN THEY DO THEM RIGHT! While many DJ companies do the same wedding 100 times a year (playing the same songs and using their corny scripted one-liners), we approach each event with a open mindset and understand the custom nature required to developing the right soundtrack for the day. Our unrivaled talent for crowd reading, extensive library of tried and true dance floor bangers, and our live performance approach to mixing the music during dancing sets us apart from the competition.
Our DJs are close in age to you, so they understand what you’re looking for. You'll also have the opportunity to build a relationship with your DJ through the entire planing process. Rather than getting a call 10 days before your wedding from a part time DJ and hoping all goes well, like many larger firms do.
Do you emcee as well as DJ?
Yes, if this service is contracted, we’ll host the entire event on your behalf. Our style is conversational, upbeat, fun, & professional (We dont do Cheesy). Our job as an Emcee or Host is to welcome your guests, keep them informed as to what is happening throughout the event, keep the flow of the event on track & tastefully encourage dancing.
What kind of equipment do you use?
The equipment for each event is designed around the room layout, number of guests, style of music, & price point of your event. We proudly utilize industry-standard, commercial equipment from manufactures including speakers from Bose, RCF (premium Italian Speakers), QSC, or Electrovoice (EV), Apple Macbook Pro computers & iPad backup systems, Pioneer Professional DJ controllers, QSC digital, Yamaha analog and Allen & Heath audio mixers, Shure professional wired and wireless microphones.
Keep in mind our equipment is only a tool of the trade. It only works if the DJ know how to use it properly and we train all of DJs to use their equiomnet to it’s full potential.
What if our event cancels or has to be postponed?
Your deposit or “Date Retainer & Administrative Fee” is non-refundable. Once contracted, we agree to hold our service you, and that means we turn down a TON of business. That fee covers us for loss of that business, all the administrative work, phone calls, emails, client discovery & and music discovery that is performed for your event.
If the event is cancelled with 90 days of the event with a signed contract, 75% of the entire balance will be due, within 60 days 100% of the balance is due, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Do you have a backup plan?
In case of an unforseen emergency, illness, injury, or death our procedure is to make every effort to have suitable replacement on stand by and all event details are digitally backed up & prepared for immediate download to the replacement DJ. We typically have one DJ on reserve each weekend for emergancies. We also are friends with our competition (Perks of not undercutting each other) and we all help eachother out in a pinch. If for any reason we cannot make it to the event, you would receive a complete refund.
Our sound systems are built as redundant back-ups. If any piece of equipment fails, within muites we can be back up and running - as long as the issue is not power related. We carry back up laptops, hard drives, emergancy mixers, and microphones. Everything ceremony, cocktail hour, signature dance, dinner, and reception dance song is backed up on spotify.
Day of Emergancy Phone: (407) 489-8316
Do you have videos or can we come see you at a wedding ?
What are you hoping to see or hear?
We’d hate for you to see or hear something another client asked us to do or play - that you wouldn’t want for your own wedding - and think it would be representative of the service that you'd receive from us. It’s all part of what we do to make every event completely custom to thie client. Not to mention in the middle of a wedding is the last place we’d want to film a commercial for our business.
We also try to respect the privacy of our clients event’s and treat each with the same discretion. We hope you understand.
